Carsters.Net uses a straight forward and simple shipping policy. We use USPS as well as UPS Ground as our carriers. Generally, we'll use USPS for light to medium weight packages and UPS for larger / heavier ones. If you have a preference, you can always indicate it in the message box when you place your order.

We generally ship orders between 1 - 3 business days of order placement. If we are out of stock on an item we will let you know. However, we DO NOT charge your Credit Card until your item(s) are ready to ship.

Returns for unwanted products are accepted for the full purchase price minus shipping charges. The following conditions must be met in order for us to refund your purchase price:

- Products must be unused and in the original packaging
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer

DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

If your Car Coasters arrive damaged, do not return them to us. Simply send us an email or call our toll free number so we can correct the problem.
